If you use are contact form then we will collect the following data:
Your email address, so we can contact you back
Your Name, so we know how to refer to you the person inquiring about our services.
This data is kept on our email servers and not kept on any part of this site. Email is handled through a third-party API to ensure that the email is not spam and to send it to our email addresses.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

This site as of currently doesn’t use analytics other than the default ones provided by WordPress or by our server.

We do not actively share your data with other companies. We use third-party tools that may have cookies that may retain data but we do not know to what extent they hold data.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We keep on to logs of the IPs of people that visit site and this data is only used to prevent malicious actors, hackers, and spammers. We log these IPs but only utilize them if there has been any unusual activity on our server, we do not share the data with any third-party companies.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We have secured our servers to try and mitigate any and all attacks on our servers. We do not allow users to make accounts or comments on this site so there isn’t any data that can identify users in any way for other to exploit.

We do not retain user data other than IPs to which we stated above that are only used for debugging purposes and not for any AI decision making.
